Our nightly rates range between $375-$1300, depending on the season and local events. Weekly Discounts and Snowbird Rates available.

 Security Deposit $500  *  Cleaning Fee $590 

(Florida Sales Tax 12%)

For your protection, we use PayPal Business to process invoices. PayPal allows you to use your preferred method to make payments. 

We do NOT accept personal checks or direct credit card payments.

Minimum Nightly Stay Requirements Vary by Season

Maximum Occupancy is 18
No Pets * No Smoking * No Exceptions

Check-In: 4:00pm * Check-Out: 10:00am

(exceptions approved as our schedule allows)

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

100% refund up to 30 days prior to arrival

50% refund up to 14 days prior to arrival

(5% processing fee will be deducted from cancellation refunds)
